The staff were all great. The room was comfortable, it had a mini fridge and a microwave, a smart TV. The best part was they had early check-in available for a small fee and since I arrived before 8am, it was great to be able to check in and take a nap! Location was superb!
Fabulous location, midtown on Madison Avenue. Exceptionally located to busses, subway and walking to all the major sights. The Q32 bus to the airport is just a couple of blocks up. There is a huge food market directly across the road with hot / salad bars, large supermarket and dine in cafe. The hotel has friendly reception staff, is clean, has two elevators and is easy to find. Our room was cleaned every day, had plenty of toiletries and the air con worked well. Despite being on Madison Avenue, our room was quiet. It was certainly tiny bit we managed. The bathroom was newish and functional. Great value for NYC.

Very convenient and easy accessible location. Next to cute park with a lot of fast food restaurants around. About a 15-20 min walk from Times Square. Super nice and sweet staff! It was kind of hard to find the first time bc there isn’t really a big name sign on there but it’s right where the pink flowery Psychic office is. The room is good and has everything that’s needed. Amazing price for what you get. One thing, the shower could use a curtain or something that way the water wouldn’t get all over the bathroom floor. Other than that, everything was great and we would stay here again.
